Deb Cautley, Executive Director of the Youth Emergency Shelter Society (YESS), is one of the most dynamic leaders in the “not-for-profit” sector. YESS is an organization that deals with stressful situations on a regular basis. Deb invests a great deal in motivating the valuable people in her organization and ensuring they are appreciated for the remarkable work that they do. 

One YESS Staff Retreat featured a group/team project of creating Mosaic Table Tops for the dining hall tables in the shelter.

“Tree, can you find me a Mosaic-style gift to give all of our staff?”        

Well, we did one better than that… Transforming their logo into a mosaic work of art, we were able to incorporate it into everything in the retreat.

Full-colour Cad Print decorating on Jackets and Tote Bags! A fun “Color by Number” Foam Card when assembled by the recipient became the Mosaic YESS logo!
