Deb Cautley, Executive Director of the Youth Emergency Shelter Society (YESS), is one of the most dynamic leaders in the “not for profit” sector. YESS is an organization that deals with stressful situations on a regular basis. Deb invests a great deal in motivating the valuable people in her organization and ensuring they are appreciated for the remarkable work that they do.
One YESS Staff Retreat featured a group/team project of creating Mosaic Table Tops for the dining hall tables in the shelter.
“Tree, can you find me a Mosaic Style gift to give all of our staff?”
Well, we did one better then that….. Transforming their logo into a mosaic work of art, we were able to incorporate into everything in the retreat.
Full color Cad Print decorating on Jackets and Tote Bags! A fun “Color by Number” Foam Card when assembled by the recipient became the Mosaic YESS logo!
Wonderful keepsakes to remind everyone of how appreciated they truly are!
